Release candidate for Net::DNS 1.50
Dear all,
We have a candidate for the upcoming 1.50 release of Net::DNS.
This candidate has
- Code improvements
- Documentation revision and reformatting
- Support for the RESINFO resource record
- A bugfix that resolved use of uninitialized value errors while resolving on some systems (NetBSD See RT#158706)
- A fix for resolving on systems that have only IPv6 globally (See RT#158714)
Please review the candidate carefully. If no issues arise, the actual releases will follow Friday the 21st of February 2025.
